How is my order shipped?
All prints 4x6" or smaller are sent as USPS First-Class Mail using a stamp (snail mail 🐌!). Tracking is not included. This method is the default to keep your shipping costs low, but there are other shipping options below if you'd like tracking.
What are all of the shipping options for 4" x 6" or smaller prints?
- USPS First-Class Mail: This shipping method is used to keep your shipping costs low and does not include tracking. Please understand that USPS may lose untracked packages; this is the risk you accept by choosing this method.
- USPS Ground Advantage: If you want tracking, you can select this shipping option at checkout.
What is the processing time?
Prints are shipped out 4-5 business days (M-F) after the order is processed. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a notification email.
What is the estimated delivery time?
USPS First-Class Mail estimates delivery in 1-5 business days, and USPS Ground Advantage estimates delivery in 2-5 business days. Please note that these are estimates provided by the United States Postal Office and not guaranteed delivery. Additional days will be needed around holidays.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped from New York City.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, no. yenablooms is based in the US and ships within the U.S. (including Puerto Rico).
What if I made a mistake in my order?
Please double check that you've entered the correct information during checkout. If you notice a mistake, please contact me right away. While I can update orders that have not yet shipped, I am unable to make changes after sending your order to the shipping carrier.
Can I cancel an order?
If you'd like to cancel an order, please contact me immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, I can cancel the order and refund you. If the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible, since the ordered item(s) are given to the shipping carrier.
What happens if there's issues with shipping?
Each order is carefully packaged and sent to the shipping carrier. Once it's handed over, though, I do not have control over what happens in transit, and you assume fully responsibility for the order. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, I will do my best to work with the shipping carrier, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
If your order is undeliverable due to incorrect address information and returned in original condition, you will receive a refund minus the cost of shipping.
What happens if I receive my order and there's an issue?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it with photo(s) and your order number.

While I take great care to faithfully represent my illustrations online, colors may look a little different in person, depending on screen settings.
